    • Print out of MMP Shah women’s College online registration form
    • Original and Self attested copy of SSC mark sheet
    • Original and Self attested copy of HSC mark sheet
    • Original and Self attested copy of HSC Leaving certificate
    • Attested copy of caste certificate (wherever applicable)
    • Photograph and signature to be uploaded by candidate
    • Migration Certificate is required in the case of those passing an examination other than that conducted by the Maharashtra Board (H.S.C.).
    • Aadhar card copy
